I still remember that September morning back in 1979 when I first saw her walk up the junior class hallway in high school… I knew then that this beautiful girl was going to be mine and soon after she was. I took a turn for the better that day, I believe by the providence of God my life was change forever and Maria was going to be a huge part of it, and to think we’ve been together ever since is truly amazing to me. I have always believed God directs our paths, so to Him be the glory!

It was just a little over three years later we married at twenty and this june will be our thirtieth wedding anniversary. You see it was Maria that God used to alter my life from the wrong path I was heading down and It was the grace of God that altered both our lives from death to life and saved us for eternity with Him. We have always done it together, all the good times, all the bad times, all the hardship and suffering we’ve been through, it was together and only by God’s grace and strength we get through it together… to God be the glory!
Today my wife turns, well she says she’s still 49 so you do the math, that way I can say I didn’t say a word.

By the way we knew how much lenny loves you even before he wrote this blog. We see it when your together and when he talks about you. Your the other light in his life(Christ being the first of course) that God blessed him with and the only time we ( the guys) see his compassonate and loving side is when he talks about you…his bride.
